Hardeep is an exceptional educator in our 0-2 babies’ room at Cloverdale Childcare Centre, and we are delighted to have her as part of our team. Born in India, Hardeep moved to Australia in 2009 and brought with her a rich cultural background that she generously shares with our service. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, Hardeep’s multilingual abilities provide a wonderful opportunity for language enrichment within our centre.

Hardeep’s academic achievements reflect her dedication to lifelong learning. She initially pursued tertiary qualifications in business before discovering her passion for early childhood education. She went on to complete her advanced Diploma in early childhood education and care, equipping her with a strong theoretical foundation and practical skills in working with young children.

With an impressive 12 years of experience in the field of early childhood education, Hardeep brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our service. Her extensive background ensures that she is well-equipped to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our babies. Having been surrounded by children throughout her life as the middle child of three siblings and as a mother of two children herself, Hardeep understands the unique needs and developmental milestones of young children.

Hardeep’s inspiration to become an educator stems from her father, who was a teacher in India. During her visits and time spent with him, Hardeep developed a deep appreciation for the transformative power of education. This love for education and her innate ability to connect with children drove her to pursue a career in early childhood education, where she could make a positive impact on young lives.

In our baby’s room, Hardeep’s gentle and caring nature shines through in her interactions with the children. Her ability to forge strong bonds with them creates a sense of security and trust, fostering their overall well-being and development. Hardeep’s nurturing approach and genuine love for each child make her an invaluable member of our team.

We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have Hardeep as part of our staff. Her rich cultural background, extensive experience, and unwavering commitment to the well-being of the children in our care make her a valuable asset to our service. Families can rest assured that Hardeep’s caring nature and dedication will create a nurturing and enriching experience for their little ones at Cloverdale Childcare Centre.

Hardeep is currently on Maternity Leave and will be returning in early 2025.

At Cloverdale Early Education and Care, we believe that every child's potential is unique and valuable, and we're excited to be a part of your child's educational journey!     Please indicate the days you would like to enrol your child. Please note we do not offer occasional care or half days.


    Sometimes we will only have vacancies on some of the days you require. Please indicate if you are willing to commence your enrolment with only some of the days you have requested. If you require additional days, they will be offered to you as they become available. We give priority for additional days to families who are already enroled.

      This form is available for parents and their children to write a heartfelt message to their favourite teachers and other staff at Cloverdale Childcare. This is a tradition called a “Warm and Fuzzy”.

      While brightening the day of the recipients, and making them feel ‘Warm and Fuzzy’, these messages can be used to teach children about positive social interactions, to positively contribute to a supportive community, and to become strong in their social and emotional wellbeing.

      Our educators can also use these messages to engage with your child by asking how writing the message made them feel, and by the educator expressing how receiving the messages makes them feel.
