Katt is a dedicated and qualified educator at Cloverdale Early Education and Care, with a strong connection to the local community. Growing up in the Bentley area and attending local schools, Katt has deep roots in the area. After completing high school, Katt gained valuable experience across various roles, including hospitality and retail, eventually reaching a management position. However, feeling that she had accomplished everything she could in that role, Katt decided to seek a change of career.

Katt has a beautiful, kind, and caring nature, and she has always had a passion for working with animals and children. After a long search for her next career move, Katt discovered her love for early childhood education. She began her journey by studying for her Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, followed by a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. With her qualifications in hand, Katt set out to find the perfect service where she could make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

After some time working as an assistant educator at a local service, Katt realised that it wasn’t the right fit for her. However, when she found Cloverdale Early Education and Care, she knew she had found her professional home. Since joining the team, Katt has worked with children of all age groups, witnessing their growth and development from the babies’ room to kindergarten and beyond. Her versatility and ability to collaborate with educators and children in various roles have made her an invaluable member of the team.

In addition to her dedication to early childhood education, Katt enjoys travelling and exploring different countries. She finds inspiration in experiencing new cultures and gaining a broader perspective on the world. Katt is also an avid reader with a love for physical books. She enjoys finding new novels to add to her collection immersing herself in captivating stories and expanding her imagination.

Outside of her professional life, Katt is a loving mother to her daughter and is soon expecting her second child. Her personal experiences as a mother bring a unique perspective and understanding to her role as an educator, allowing her to connect with families on a deeper level.

Katt’s dedication, caring nature, and love for learning make her a valued member of the Cloverdale team. Her commitment to children’s growth and development, along with her ability to create engaging and nurturing learning experiences, contribute to the exceptional care and education provided at Cloverdale Early Education and Care.

Katt is currently on maternity leave, and will be returning in early 2025.
