Marjan is an educator in the Pre-Kindy Room at Cloverdale Childcare Centre, a valuable member of our team, and her unique background and wealth of experience contribute greatly to our centre. Marjan was born in Afghanistan and moved to Iran when she was just two years old. Her journey in education started in Iran, where she completed her Diploma in teaching and taught Farsi to students in years 7 to 9 for five years.

Additionally, while living in Iran, Marjan recognised a pressing need within her town, where many children lacked suitable care options outside their families. In response, she opened and successfully managed a family daycare for 15 years, tending to the needs of all the children in her town. This experience emphasises her dedication to early childhood education and care, and it’s clear she has a passion for fostering a nurturing environment for young minds to flourish.

In 2018, Marjan and her family embarked on a significant move to Australia, where she embraced the challenge of learning English and expanding her expertise in early childhood education. She successfully earned a Certificate III qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, which was a pivotal step toward her larger ambitions. Her goal is to attend university and attain the qualifications required for teacher’s registration and enabling her to advance her knowledge and skills as an Early Childhood Teacher. Marjan’s dedication to continuous professional growth and her unwavering commitment to providing the best care and education for children are truly admirable.

Marjan is not only an accomplished educator but also a remarkably talented, self-taught seamstress who has worked professionally in this capacity for several years. Her sewing skills and creativity are valuable assets to our centre, and her ability to infuse her passion for crafting with her love for teaching is genuinely commendable.

Beyond her professional contributions, Marjan’s cultural background adds a captivating layer to her role. She possesses a beautiful singing voice and delights in sharing her cultural heritage with the children through music, traditional costumes, and dance. These cultural experiences are loved by the children and serve as a wonderful means of embracing diversity and promoting inclusion.

Marjan’s dedication to early childhood education, her diverse talents, and her warm and caring nature make her an exceptional educator at Cloverdale Childcare Centre. Her substantial impact on the children’s learning journeys and our team is unmistakable. Families can place their trust in her capable and nurturing hands, knowing that their children are receiving exceptional care and guidance under Marjan’s guidance.

    Sometimes we will only have vacancies on some of the days you require. Please indicate if you are willing to commence your enrolment with only some of the days you have requested. If you require additional days, they will be offered to you as they become available. We give priority for additional days to families who are already enroled.

      While brightening the day of the recipients, and making them feel ‘Warm and Fuzzy’, these messages can be used to teach children about positive social interactions, to positively contribute to a supportive community, and to become strong in their social and emotional wellbeing.

      Our educators can also use these messages to engage with your child by asking how writing the message made them feel, and by the educator expressing how receiving the messages makes them feel.
