Sakineh is an exceptional toddler room leader at Cloverdale Early Education and Care, holding a Diploma level qualification. Originally born in Afghanistan and raised in Iran, Sakineh brings a rich cultural background and experience to her role. She has several years of experience working as an educator in Iran and is fluent in three languages: English, Farsi, and Dari.

In 2007, Sakineh and her family moved to Australia. Initially, she pursued a career as a professional seamstress for ten years. However, when Sakineh’s children started attending Cloverdale EEC, she felt a strong calling to change her career path. She began studying for her Diploma level qualifications, driven by her passion for working with young children.

Sakineh’s wonderfully gentle and caring nature is a true asset to our centre. Her presence brings a sense of serenity and calmness to the environment, positively influencing everyone around her. The genuine interest she shows in the children’s interactions is heartwarming to witness. Sakineh’s caring approach fosters deep respect from the children, as they eagerly share their experiences and thoughts with her.

We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to have Sakineh as part of our team. Her gentle and kind nature, coupled with her genuine concern for those around her, has led to her taking on the additional role of Wellness Officer within the service. This role highlights Sakineh’s commitment to promoting the well-being and overall health of both the children and the staff.

Sakineh’s dedication to providing a nurturing and supportive environment is evident in her interactions with the children and her commitment to their well-being. Her presence enriches the lives of everyone at Cloverdale EEC, fostering an atmosphere of warmth, respect, and genuine care.

We are grateful to have Sakineh as a valued member of our team, and her contributions as a pre-kindy room leader and Wellness Officer greatly enhance the experiences of the children and staff. At Cloverdale Early Education and Care, we believe that every child's potential is unique and valuable, and we're excited to be a part of your child's educational journey!     Please indicate the days you would like to enrol your child. Please note we do not offer occasional care or half days.


    Sometimes we will only have vacancies on some of the days you require. Please indicate if you are willing to commence your enrolment with only some of the days you have requested. If you require additional days, they will be offered to you as they become available. We give priority for additional days to families who are already enroled.

      This form is available for parents and their children to write a heartfelt message to their favourite teachers and other staff at Cloverdale Childcare. This is a tradition called a “Warm and Fuzzy”.

      While brightening the day of the recipients, and making them feel ‘Warm and Fuzzy’, these messages can be used to teach children about positive social interactions, to positively contribute to a supportive community, and to become strong in their social and emotional wellbeing.

      Our educators can also use these messages to engage with your child by asking how writing the message made them feel, and by the educator expressing how receiving the messages makes them feel.
